Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?

We offer family- and pet-conscious treatment options and will explain each product, where it's applied and any re-entry guidance. We can't make safety guarantees, but we'll always walk you through your choices.

When should tick treatments start?

Early spring is ideal — nymph ticks, which spread most Lyme disease cases, become active in April and May. Programs typically continue through fall.

Do I need to be home for service?

Not for most exterior treatments. Many second-home owners and property managers give us gate codes or access instructions. Interior work is scheduled at your convenience.

Do you offer opening and closing house service?

Yes. Our seasonal plans include spring opening and fall closing visits, coordinated around when you're in residence.
